POSTAGE & HANDLING

I am still not sure I have mastered the whole Postage & Handling area of the website!

At present it seems I can only include postage rates for orders within Australia. I will need to get a quote for International orders and let you know. I will “hold” the item until you approve the postage. Once approved I will add the postage to the cost of the items manually.

Generally, if what I have set up on the website means you are charged for and pay more than it costs me when I take your order to the post office, I will send you a refund for the difference. However, rest assured that if I have underestimated postage costs I will NOT be chasing you for more money!!
